A Beethoven Overture and Schumann's Cello Concerto form the first half of our concert before we are joined by musicians from Farmington High School.

Tomassetti: Concerto in E flat major for Horn and Chamber Orchestra with Robert Hoyle
Tchaikovsky: Symphony No. 3 in D major (Polish)
 
Following the successful premiere of Gary Tomassetti's Violin Concerto in 2010 we now present his latest work, a concerto for French Horn.

Beethoven: Concerto for Piano, Violin and Cello in C major (Triple Concerto) with the Lorelei Trio
Walker: Jubilee
Copland: 4 Dance Episodes from Rodeo
 
A Polonaise is a Polish dance form and we hear two by Tchaikovsky, suggestive of Imperialist Russia, as well as one by Beethoven. Copland's 4 Dances from Rodeo conclude our concert.
